The Northcross Tonga team is back safely from Vava'u and Tongatapu islands after an awesome trip during which we witnessed hundreds of children and a number of adults receive Jesus as their Saviour for the first time.  We distributed 2,000 copies of the 'Book of Hope' in 12 schools (8 primary & 4 high) ... held outreaches along with the brothers and sisters at Leimatu'a Chapel ... and shared fellowship over the biggest feast we've ever seen (Tonga style)!

Everyone on the team – from the young to the young-at-heart - contributed to the school programmes, singing, drama, teaching, preaching, women's session, kid's clubs, radio & TV shows as well as all the practical stuff that just has to get done with such a large team.  One of the most exciting aspects was the way in which the Kiwi team worked alongside Ps 'Ofa Fatefehi (senior pastor), Theresa Llorente (CEF) and the Tongan youth who joined us from Nuku'alofa as we ministered together as friends and co-workers.

We've returned probably even more blessed than our Tongan friends, with new relationships forged and looking forward to what God has in store when we return. We'll be posting a fuller report with video clips on the website soon.  Thank you so much for your prayers and support!
